Our forest-school-inspired outdoor preschool in Donabate gives children space to move, imagine and learn through real experience. Play is child-led, with thoughtful adult support and carefully managed opportunities to climb, balance, jump and test their abilities.

The seasons are part of every day. Children notice blossom and fruit across more than 20 apple trees, grow and explore in six polytunnels, and learn to care for the living world around them — including our chickens.

We use real tools for purposeful projects and gather around the firepit for carefully supervised cooking and shared experiences. Children feel capable when they help make something real, and their confidence grows as their skills develop.

There is room to run, dig, build dens, create with sand and natural materials, find a quiet corner or invent a game with friends. Our 40-tonne sandpit, constructed mounds, orchard and generous open spaces make every day different. A full indoor school and classroom gives children an equally rich place to learn, create and settle in every season.
